Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Rapid Rollout Automated Management handles information in its property management application and related communications. It applies to tenants, property owners, vendors and authorized application users.
Information we collect
Depending on your relationship with us, we collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, property and unit details, lease information, vendor details, maintenance requests, uploaded documents and photographs, and communications about property services. Authorized property managers may provide information on behalf of tenants, owners and vendors.
The application also processes account and sign-in information and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. When you enroll in SMS, we collect the mobile number and consent preference submitted through the signup form, along with records needed to document consent and withdrawal. We record the consent disclosure version, signup page URL and time of consent. Submitting without SMS consent does not enroll you or store your signup details.
How we use information
We use information to manage properties and leases, coordinate maintenance and vendors, respond to requests, communicate about services, maintain records, administer accounts and troubleshoot the application. We may use AI services to extract information from uploaded leases and assist with maintenance triage and communications. Relevant documents or request details are sent to those providers for processing when these features are used.
Service providers and operational sharing
We use providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, AI processing and messaging, including Supabase, OpenAI and Twilio. These providers process information needed for their services. Relevant property and service information may be provided to authorized property managers, owners or vendors when needed to manage a property or fulfill a service request.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except providers that help operate and deliver the messaging service. These restrictions apply to SMS consent data even where other sections describe operational sharing.
Our SMS program provides non-marketing property management messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Enrollment is optional. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance . See the SMS Terms & Conditions.
Cookies and account access
The application uses authentication cookies and similar session information to maintain signed-in access. Blocking these cookies may prevent account features from working.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain property and communication records, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to verification and applicable recordkeeping obligations. SMS consent is separate from account access and other services. Opting out of texts does not end your tenancy or access to property management services.
