PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MESSAGING

SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective September 8, 2026.

Program and message types

Rapid Rollout Automated Management’s SMS program provides non-marketing property management communications to tenants, owners and vendors who opt in. Messages may include maintenance updates, repair and vendor scheduling, property access notifications, inspection scheduling and tenancy-related communications.

Voluntary enrollment

You may opt in by providing your mobile number, actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox and submitting your preference. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use.

SMS consent is optional. It is not required to rent a property, receive property management services, create or maintain an account, submit a maintenance request or complete a transaction. You may use other available communication methods. Submitting this form without selecting SMS consent does not enroll you or change an existing subscription. To end an existing subscription, reply STOP to a program text.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on property activity and your service needs. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for information about your plan and charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to a program text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; further program messages will stop unless you provide consent again. If you previously enrolled through our form, you may resume by texting START to the same messaging number. START does not enroll a number that has never completed the signup form. Withdrawing SMS consent does not terminate your tenancy, account or property management services.

Help and support

Reply HELP to a program text for assistance. You can also contact us at info@rapid-rollout.com or 856-630-9365.

Delivery and number changes

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notify us if you change or stop using your enrolled number. Do not rely on this messaging program for emergencies; contact emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details about information handling. Mobile information and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to the program

We may update these terms or the program. Current terms and an effective date will be posted on this page. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before sending messages under the changed program.
